1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is found to be defective, we will gladly accept returns. Here's how the process works:

Please notify us of any shipping damage or product defects within 24hours of receiving your order. You can reach out to us through our Contact Page or by emailing us at admin@miniatureacres.com.au. Make sure to include your order number, description of the issue and photos of the product defect and packaging.

3. Evaluation and Resolution
Our team will promptly review your request and may request additional information or photos to assess the damage or defect. We will work closely with you to determine the best solution, which may include one of the following options:

• Replacement: If the product can be replaced, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.

• Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will process a full refund for the purchase price.

• Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative.

4. Return of the Product
If a return is required, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs, or we may provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product or confirm the issue, we will process the refund or send out a replacement as agreed upon. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used when placing your order.

We strive to handle return and refund requests as quickly as possible. Please allow 21 business days for us to complete the process. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
